On Friday April 26, 2013, I had the honor of filming the wedding event of Suzanne Edsall and Kevin Breen.  From me, it was an honor primarily because, Suzanne was the third Edsall sister to invite me to capture her wedding day. Once again, this laid back fun loving bunch kept the mood pretty high energy from beginning to end. The ceremony was held at Saint John the Evangelist, with a fun filled reception immediately following at Glen Sanders Mansion. We are finally getting a taste of spring in the air, and with it comes the beginning of wedding season. On Friday April 5th, Jennifer and Greg enjoyed blue skies and sunshine, as they exchanged their vows in front of a large gathering of family and friends. The bride and groom spent almost every moment of the evening together. Even as they spent time with their guest, they stayed close, holding hands and enjoying each moment.  By the end of the evening, all agreed that this event was outstanding in every way, and ended much too soon!  Fortunately, I was invited along to capture and preserve all of their memories for future reference. Accordingly, I’d like to share with you this quick peek into the marriage celebration of Mr. & Mrs. Jennifer and Greg Smitkin.

Okay, so I guess my brief winter break is over. Not that there is ever any real “down-time” around here. But last weekend signaled the official end of my “off-season”. The 2013 season got under way with the outstanding Kara & Daniel Newman. This couple willingly braved the last existing snow of the of winter, plus very cold temperatures, so that we could capture some exceptional outdoor images. I also had the opportunity to work with a few of the areas best wedding & event professionals. Overall, it was the perfect start to another exciting wedding season!
